‘Help is coming’: Mendocino County Fire Safe Council awarded $3.5 million in grants for wildfire safety projects
The MCFSC started almost 20 years ago with a focus on education; In this new round of funding alone, it’s taking on fire safety projects at 22 sites countywide over the next three years – not to mention the work underway by smaller neighborhood councils.
