Mendocino supes declare drought emergency, Newsom also declares emergency in Mendo & Sonoma
The Board of Supervisors declared a drought emergency at their meeting on Tuesday. The declaration qualifies the state to apply for certain state and federal grants that can help lessen the impacts of the drought.
