Ukiah City Council makes moves towards affordable housing — legalizing dispensaries
At its meeting on Jan 18, the council voted 4-0 to introduce a cannabis dispensary ordinance. In a separate 4-0 vote, the council agreed to send leftover bond money to affordable housing projects.
