As storm recedes roads re-open — Hwys. 1, 128, and 175 now open

MENDOCINO CO., 1/17/19 — With the storm receding CalTrans is announcing the re-opening of Highways 128, 175 and 1, as waters from the Navarro, Russian and Garcia rivers, respectively, recede.

PG&E is also reporting that most of the outages across the county have been restored, though there are a few customers in Willits, Point Arena and the Anderson Valley still without power.
