WILLITS, 1/17/19 — With the storm receding CalTrans is announcing the re-opening of Highways 128, 175 and 1, as waters from the Navarro, Russian and Garcia rivers, respectively, recede.
PG&E is also reporting that most of the outages across the county have been restored, though there are a few customers in Willits, Point Arena and the Anderson Valley still without power.
However, rain will be returning tomorrow, and it will continue to rain through the weekend, with clearer weather foretasted next week.
