Dear Editor:
I’d like to know where candidate for Fifth District Kevin Evans stands on this administration? And no, he can’t cop out and say that national politics has no bearing on our local politics. If Mr. Evans can’t say unequivocally that this administration is a corrupt “regime” making billions for billionaires while the rest of us struggle; that Trump et. al. is responsible for the deaths of millions here and abroad; that this war with Iran is illegal; that he supports a woman’s right to reproductive health care; that universal health care is a goal in California and our nation; that Citizens United needs to be overturned; that there should be term limits for Supreme Court justices…. then he cannot be trusted to represent our district. What about it, Mr. Evans?
