MENDOCINO CO., 10/5/25 – The Little River Inn has launched a new dining experience exclusively for dogs and their human companions.

The inn now offers five bright blue cabanas for guests to enjoy breakfast, brunch or dinner with their pups.

Located in a sunken garden adjacent to the restaurant, the cabanas have lighting and heaters to keep guests warm.

Blue cabanas with round tables and chairs are lit warmly at dusk, surrounded by plants and string lights under a large tree.

There is no doubt that the new cabanas will be popular, given the hotel’s reputation for being one of the most dog-friendly hotels on the coast.

Dogs that are lucky enough to stay at the inn with their owners will enjoy complimentary treats, ocean views and an expansive property with access to a dog-friendly beach. A $30 nightly fee per pet applies.

The inn also offers a special package for dog lovers who want to take their pup on a kayaking trip.

Local dog owners and canine visitors take note — the cabanas are only open to guests staying at the inn.
