UKIAH, CA., 9/16/25 — The Grace Hudson Museum will hold its annual gala Saturday at the museum, 431 Main St. in Ukiah. The event runs from 5 to 8 p.m.

Proceeds will support museum operations — including exhibitions, public programs, educational outreach and collections care — as well as the creation of a fund to address structural issues at the 115-year-old Sun House.

The evening will include a live auction, catering by Garbocci Gourmet, live music from the Jazz Dudes with guest singer David Post, and a chance for community members to gather.

This year’s theme is “The Wonder of It All,” tied to the museum’s current exhibition, The Art of Wonder, featuring works by 15 Mendocino County artists in a variety of media.

The Sun House Guild has supported the museum since the early 1980s. Director David Burton said he hopes the community’s support continues. “When I think about all the people over almost 50 years who have worked and volunteered to support it, I am filled with great pride, respect and admiration,” he said.

Tickets are available at the museum or by calling (707) 467-2836.
