Power was restored for over 3,300 PG&E customers on the Mendocino Coast Wednesday evening, according to the utility company.

The outage started around 3:17 p.m., leaving 3,309 customers without power in Little River, Mendocino, Caspar and southern Fort Bragg. Power was restored first for Little River, followed by the remaining areas by 9:46 p.m. PG&E said.

The outage was caused by the atmospheric river currently impacting the area, according to the utility.
