Update 1:40 p.m.: The majority of the customers on the coast have regained power.
MENDOCINO Co., 11/30/19 — An atmospheric river has brought a new storm to the North Coast, and with it, a new round of power outages, primarily for coastal PG&E customers, some of whom have seen a number of weather-related outages in the past month — first planned power outages due to fire weather, and subsequently outages due to mechanical repairs, and then storm-related equipment failures, fallen limbs, or traffic collisions with the first winter storm just before Thanksgiving.
In the Fort Bragg and State Route 20 region, there are 2,373 customers without power as of just before noon. Currently no cause or time of restoration is available. In Brooktrails, there are another 161 customers without power as of 11 a.m this morning, with no current time of restoration available.

The current storm, with high winds, high surf, rain and snow in the interior northeastern mountain parts of the county, is expected to continue through Sunday morning, and the National Weather Service has issued a number of weather related advisories.
