UPDATE 1:10 p.m. — The Dos Rios fire has been contained, but a new small wildfire has broken out near Tomki Rd. between Willits and Redwood Valley.

MENDOCINO CO., 6/13/18 — A small grass fire, which was spotted at around 11:30 a.m. today, is now almost contained as of 12:30 p.m., according to scanner chatter.

CalFire also announced the fire via Twitter. It seems not to have reached even an acre in size. CalFire tankers and a copter were dispatched and local fire departments responded as well.
