UPDATE: NOVEMBER 19
As of 8:45pm, Caltrans has announced that Route 128 is now open. The waters have receded far enough for two way traffic. The flood was originally caused by unusually low king tides due to the supermoon. You can read more details about the Navarro flood here. Highway 101: There is 1-Way controlled traffic 2.1 miles north of the junction of SR 1 24/7 through 11/30/16 due to construction.
