Salmon, steelhead conservation groups plan to sue PG&E, allege ESA violations
PG&E has not yet decided whether to remove dams in decommissioning the Potter Valley Project, though one biologist said, “taking the dam out is by far the single biggest thing we could do to help fisheries on the Eel.”
