Reynolds sentenced in Fisher killing

Charles Reynolds, who was found guilty of killing Kenneth Fisher last summer, was sentenced yesterday to six years.
Fisher died after he was struck by Reynolds in the parking lot of Boomers, in Laytonville.
A specialist in memory and perception testified for the defense on Thursday afternoon. Detective Matt Croskey, of the sheriff’s department, testified again for the prosecution. Closing arguments to be delivered Monday.
Reynolds is charged with felony assault on Kenneth Fisher, who died after Reynolds allegedly punched him once outside Boomer’s bar in Laytonville last summer.
The District Attorney’s office filed a conflict of interest in the matter of Charles Reynolds’ new attorney, in the trial concerning the death of Kenneth Fisher.
