‘Tis the time to appreciate those who are working diligently to make our communities better. As we all know, the people of Mendocino County are awesome. The Department of Social Services put on a Holiday party for foster kids and families. Staff are dedicated to making lives better for these kids who are in difficult situations. There were smiles all around.
