WILLITS, CA., 11/15/16 – Today, licensed nurses are invited to a “meet up and informational” session focused on medicinal cannabis, from 6 – 8 pm at the Willits Library. Active or inactive nurses are welcome (vocational, registered and nurse practitioners) to discuss whether there is enough local interest in creating an ongoing “meet-up group” of the American Cannabis Nurse’s Association (ACNA).
Meet-up organizer Janice Cinek said creating an ACNA group would be a professional resource for “active or inactive licensed nurses of Mendocino County who would like to become certified and eventually credentialed in cannabis nursing.” She encouraged anyone interested to check out the association’s website to learn more information about cannabis nursing.
