MENDOCINO CO., 10/3/26 — Share in harvest abundance at the 2nd Annual Ridgewood Ranch Harvest Festival on Saturday, October 10. Harvest festivals have held deep meaning for humans for thousands of years, and Ridgewood Ranch is excited to share this joyful tradition with friends and neighbors again this year.

Families can enjoy the festival from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Ridgewood Ranch. The ranch offers a day of family activities and surprises, including hay rides, a kids’ zone, a pumpkin patch, apple cider pressing, the Seabiscuit History Tour, the work of local artists, fire engine demonstrations, farm tours, and a chance to feed the sheep.

Taste some of the best food Mendocino County has to offer, made with ingredients grown and raised right at Ridgewood Ranch. Food options include apple cider donuts from Mendocino Grain Project (made with flour milled on-site), popcorn from Golden Rules Gardens, smash burgers, heirloom tomato BLTs, and French fries featuring Ridgewood Ranch beef and veggies, prepared by Black Dog Farm & Catering.

Pick a pumpkin grown at the ranch. Try your hand at pressing some sweet, fresh apple cider. Feed the sheep, take a hayride, or tour the farms and gardens.

Festival coordinator Emily Ward says the festival organizers are especially proud of the lovingly grown ingredients from the gardens. And the apple cider donuts are not to be missed.

“We would love for you to stop by on October 10 and share in the fall fun,” Ward says. “It’s so joyful to feel connected to the agricultural calendar, and the Ridgewood Ranch Harvest Festival is the perfect place to feel that closeness to nature as the seasons change.”

Ridgewood Ranch is at 1800 Orchard Lane, off U.S. 101 between Willits and Ukiah. Admission is $5; children are free.
