I play the planting game puzzle every week, figuring out where the starts in the propagation house are going to go. I walk the gardens on the weekend, making a list of tasks for the upcoming week, noting which beds are finishing out and are ready to be flipped. We sow seeds every two weeks like clockwork, a baseline production curve that drives the farm forward at maximum capacity for our small footprint.
