WILLITS, CA., 7/9/26 — Ridgewood Ranch in Willits will open a community art exhibition Friday that includes several different mediums, the curator said.
Renata Abbade, guest curator for the “Adornment” exhibition put the show together with a curatorial vision to be “radically inclusive.” The call for art asked for art of all kinds, from people of all walks of life, and work that may not normally be considered art, “but probably should,” Abbade said.
At the exhibition, a communal canvas will be available for everyone to draw on.
The exhibition opens Friday at Ridgewood Ranch and runs through September 11. The opening reception will be at 6:30 p.m. on Friday at the ranch, 11800 Orchard Lane in Willits.
