Ukiah Municipal Airport to host training burn Saturday

UKIAH, CA., 7/10/26 — A training burn will be conducted on the south end of the Ukiah Municipal Airport on Saturday, city officials said. 

The Ukiah Valley Fire Authority will control and maintain the live-fire training exercise, according to the city. 

The burn will start at 8:30 a.m. Saturday, and smoke will likely be visible throughout the valley, the city said.
