MENDOCINO CO., 11/11/25 – Trawlers, cruisers and sloops are invited to participate in Noyo Harbor’s annual Lit Boat Parade.

The parade features fishing and pleasure boats of all shapes and sizes decked out in holiday lights, parading through the harbor to the delight of onlookers along the shore.

The colorful nighttime celebration honors Fort Bragg’s maritime heritage. Families from across the region flock to the harbor to enjoy warm drinks and festive fun straight out of a Hallmark movie.

This year’s parade begins at 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 29.

Participating boats receive 10% off December slip rentals, or for the night of the parade, plus a gift certificate to a local restaurant.

Boats will also compete for the title of “Most Lit Boat.”

Registration is $20 per vessel, with proceeds benefiting the Mendocino Mermaids and the Lost Coast Traditional Small Craft Association, both nonprofit organizations.

Organizers are also seeking $100 restaurant gift certificates and other prize donations.

To register or donate, call (607) 437-8465.
