UKIAH, CA., 9/30/25 – This week’s Featured Pet is Wilbur, a large pig available for adoption through the Ukiah Animal Shelter.
Wilbur, four-hoofed heartthrob — a big guy with an even bigger heart. Wilbur rocks a snaggletooth smile that’s 100% natural and 100% adorable. This positively porcine guy enjoys long wallows in the mud, sunbathing with his belly out, and quality time with humans who appreciate a good snort/laugh. Wilbur’s hobbies include perfecting a cannonball into the mud puddle; following folks around like an oversized puppy. and…being the center of attention. Wilbur’s looking for someone who appreciates a curvy pig with personality, enjoys spontaneous snuggle sessions, and doesn’t mind a little dirt. Bonus points if you bring snacks. Deal breakers: ignoring him when he flashes his snaggletooth grin. Trust us—you won’t want to. If you’re interested in taking Wilbur home, my digits are 707-671-4128.
