
UKIAH, CA., 7/29/25 – A pop-up exhibit Friday at the Grace Hudson Museum will showcase the nature paintings of local artist Linda MacDonald as part of Ukiah’s First Friday Art Walk.
MacDonald’s works are a staple of the art scene. A self-described “eco artist,” MacDonald’s paintings walk a thin line between realism, Symbolism and Impressionism. Her paintings often delve into the textures that make up the natural world, with the bark of redwood trees a particular inspiration.
