UKIAH, CA., 12/11/24 – This week’s Featured Pet is Bella, a seven-year-old German Shepherd available for adoption at the Ukiah Animal Shelter.

Beautiful Bella is a gentle giant. She’s not your typical Shepherd—she’s not high-strung or high energy–she’s a cautious girl and will need a home with folks who understand shy dogs. Bella was brought to the shelter when her guardian began having health issues. Bella is calm and loving and enjoys car rides. She’s cautious with new people and dogs. We think Bella would be the perfect companion in a quiet home, where her people with be with her a lot of the time. Photos do not do this dog justice…she is stunning. Bella is seven years young and weighs a very svelte 100 pounds. She’s spayed and ready to trot out the shelter door and jump into your heart.
