FORT BRAGG, CA., 10/22/24 — The Noyo Chapter of the American Rhododendron Society will have its monthly meeting Wednesday.
This month’s featured speaker is Rhododendron Species Foundation Rutherford Conservatory Curator Dennis Bottemiller, who will be speaking on “Camping through Cornwall & other delights of South England.
A plant raffle and rhododendron growing tips are always part of the society’s programs.
The largest juried rhododendron show on the West Coast is the 46th Annual John Druecker Memorial Rhododendron Show on the first weekend in May of 2025.Â
The event takes place at 6 p.m. on Oct. 23, Wed., at First Presbyterian Church, 367 South Sanderson Way, Fort Bragg, rhododendrons-mendocino.org.
