WILLITS, 11/5/19 — Open enrollment for Covered California, the State of California’s version of Obamacare, is now open and will remain open through Jan. 31. Coveredca.com is the website where you can enroll in insurance through the state exchange or check for eligibility and apply for Medi-Cal, California’s Medicaid system.
