MENDOCINO Co., 8/2/19 — School may be starting soon, but there are still a number of free, family friendly events are happening at Mendocino County Library branches this month, including book sales, kids’ talent shows, teen events, and more. You can see the full schedule of events at your local branch here, but we’ve highlighted a few selected upcoming activities in August in Ukiah and Fort Bragg.
To check out events at each branch, you can look up events all over the county at this link. And in case you didn’t know, most of the libraries have seed libraries where you can get locally-bred seed varieties for free. The library also offers a variety of online resources, access to discounted tickets and subscriptions, and even has a new app where you can connect to a variety of services, events, and more through your phone.
