MENDOCINO CO., 7/5/19 — Yesterday, July 4, a 35 year old man from San Francisco was killed on Branscomb Road when his vehicle collided head on with a GMC Sierra driven by Shideewum Martinez. The name of the deceased has not yet been released pending notification of next of kin.
Martinez, 22 of Laytonville, was taken into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence. The deceased was driving a 1993 Ford Ranger.
