MENDOCINO CO., 1/17/19 — The Brooktrails Community Services District has opened their community center, as a “warming center,” for the many people affected by power outages in that area. In addition to warmth and electricity there will be coffee and internet.

Here is the text of a Nixle message, that was sent out by the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office, at the behest of the Brooktrails Fire Department:

The Brooktrails Township is opening their Community Center located at 24860 Birch Street, Willits CA 95490 to residents as a warming center. Residents affected by the extended power outage in the greater Brooktrails area are welcome to come to the Community Center.
