MENDOCINO CO., 5/25/18 — The Orr Springs Road is now open and will remain so through the Memorial Day weekend. The road opened sometime on Friday to one-lane traffic for the holiday weekend, and Mendocino County Department of Transportation contractors say will be closing the road around 7a.m. on Tuesday to resume repairs on the road. The repairs, which are about five miles west of Ukiah, involve removing a temporary bridge and replacing stretches of the road that were damaged during a landslide in February, 2017.
