MENDOCINO Co., 5/17/2017 — A semi that was stalled on route 128 between Mountain House Road and Cloverdale is on the shoulder of the road as of 6:23am, no longer blocking traffic. there is still one-way traffic in the area, 2.7 miles west of Cloverdale Bouldvard, due to pile driving.
California Highway Patrol reports a dead deer in the road on Route 101 near Frog Woman Rock.
