MENDOCINO Co., 5/15/2017 — A vehicle went into the ditch off the 101 just north of Laytonville a little after 6am, possibly after rolling over. California Highway Patrol reported there was a dog in the passenger seat, and that the passenger side door was open. CalFire reported negative injuries at 6:25am, but an ambulance was en route.
A collision on the 101 near the southern end of the Willits bypass was reported at 4:46am. A vehicle with one occupant was located at 5:32am. An ambulance was en route.
CHP received a report of a dead deer on South State Street near Norgard Lane in Ukiah shortly after 6am.
