MENDOCINO CO., 5/29/2017 — Now in it’s 41st year, the Mateel Summer Arts & Music Festival is coming up on June 3 & 4 in Benbow, and is one of the best ways to kick-off the summer — but volunteers are still needed in order to make everything run smoothly. Are you interested in volunteering? The organizers still need help for a variety of crews: the kid’s zone, kitchen, site security, backstage security, interior parking, exterior parking, and site crews, so you can pick what type of job you’d like to help out with.
Here’s the announcement from Anne, the volunteer coordinator — get in touch with her at the contact listed below if you’re can help. More information is also listed on the Mateel website.
“Come be a part of the fun of the Mateel Community Center’s 41st Summer Arts & Music Festival on June 3-4 2017 in Benbow! Volunteering is a great way to give back to the community, meet new people and see what’s going on behind the scenes. The festival has a great line up, a large kids’ area and all the attractions people always enjoy!
Don’t miss your chance to join the Summer Arts volunteer team! We are still recruiting in the following crews: kid’s zone, site security, site, interior parking, kitchen and bar security crews. The online application is available on the following link: http://tinyurl.com/samf2017volunteer. If you have any questions, email or call Anne ([email protected] or 923-3368! More info on the Mateel website. Thanks.”
