MENDOCINO Co. 2/24/2017 — Don’t let the sunshine fool you! It’s cold out there, and the roads are icy. California Highway Patrol reports that ice on the road is a traffic hazard at the junction of Highways 20 and 101 near Calpella. Remember that areas that stay shady most of the day will also stay icy longer.
Snow is expected above 1500 feet, starting this afternoon.
