MENDOCINO Co. 1/27/2017 — There is emergency work on the southbound on-ramp of the Willits bypass this morning. there is alternating lane closure on the 101 from the Haehl Overhead Bridge.
CalTrans reports that both inmates who escaped from Alder Camp have been apprehended.
