MENDOCINO CO., 10/10/16 – At 11:45am Monday, CHP received a call that a vehicle was on its side, off the road. A female subject was out of the vehicle, and a man was pinned in it. A tow truck was required to stabilize the vehicle, which needed to be moved for extrication. Units were cleared at 1:59.
