Farmers & Food Producer Feedback Needed on New Community Kitchen in Mendocino

June 1st (Ukiah, CA) North Coast Opportunities is currently running two online surveys soliciting farmer and food producer needs of a possible community, commercial kitchen facility in Mendocino County. These surveys are designed to gather information from entrepreneurs, companies and organizations who might be prospective tenants or beneficiaries of a new commercial kitchen facility and is being gathered as part of a feasibility study carried out by North Coast Opportunities. “This feasibility study is to understand what our community thinks a properly equipped commercial kitchen in our area should look like in order to help local farmers and food producers expand their operations,” says Community Wellness Project Manager Fontaine McFadden.
