Mendocino County Behavioral Health & Recovery Services Offering 

Free Suicide Alertness for Everyone (safeTALK) Training 

Mendocino County Behavioral Health & Recovery Services is pleased to offer a free training on Suicide Alertness for Everyone (safeTALK) on Thursday, September 29, 2016, from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. at Mendocino County’s Avila Conference Center, located at 778 South Franklin Street in Fort Bragg.

This training is for everyone. Participants will learn how to recognize an invitation to help someone who is suicidal and learn how to respond to someone who is suicidal. This training will also teach basic steps to keep a suicidal person safe while connecting to community resources for intervention.

At the conclusion of the training, participants will receive a certificate of completion.
