On September 6 and October 4, from 5-7 p.m., the Ukiah branch of the Mendocino County Library presents a program on Chinese brush painting. A demonstration by artist William Shi will show the art of brush painting in watercolor and oil. The events include live music and a book sale.
Shi’s in-person creative program is just one of many events at the library. A book club is on Zoom every first Thursday, teens have special events on Wednesdays from 2:30-4:30 p.m., including anime, crafts, board games, STEM projects and more.
