Cal Fire reported on Monday evening that the Pepperwood Fire, burning north of Covelo, is 85%
In its evening report, Cal Fire shared that the fire has burned 12.5 acres. The fire was first reported at 1:02 p.m. on Saturday near Buck Mountain.
According to Cal Fire, the fire is burning in timber and crews are making progress as full containment. There are 30 fire personnel responding to the fire. No injuries or structure damage has been reported.
