MENDOCINO Co., 4/11/2017 — There is one-way traffic on Route 175 at 1.94 miles west from Buckman Drive, due to emergency work.

Shortly after 7am, California Highway Patrol received a report of a traffic collision involving one vehicle on U.S. 101 at Harwood Road in Laytonville. An ambulance was en route.

There is one-way traffic on Route 128 from Fish Rock Road to the Yorkville post office, due to traffic signal work.

Overnight one-way traffic on Route 20 east of Calpella due to bridge work is expected to end early this morning.

The Mendocino County Department of Transportation has three projects out to bid. Bids are due at the end of this month and early in May:

Gales are expected at sea this afternoon. East winds are 5 to 15 knots, becoming southeast 20 to 30 knots, with gusts up to 45 knots. Tonight, winds will shift to the south, 20 to 30 knots with gusts up to 45, easing to 10 to 15 knots. The waves are southeast 6 feet at 8 seconds and northwest 8 feet at 13 seconds. Tonight waves are expected to be south 12 feet at 9 seconds, and northwest 5 feet at 13 seconds. Rain at sea today and probably tonight.

 
 
In Point Arena, rain is likely before 11am. The high should be around 56, dipping to 50 tonight. A light south southeast wind will build to 16 to 21 miles per hour in the morning, with gusts up to 26 miles per hour. Gusty wind is expected to shift to south southwest tonight.
 
In Fort Bragg, rain before 11am is also likely. The high should be around 59, dropping to 47 tonight. A light south southeast wind will shift to the southeast this morning and blow 10 to 15 miles per hour, with gusts up to 20. Wind should shift again to the south this evening, and gust up to 23 miles per hour.
 
In Willits, expect rain and a high near 55, dropping to 44 tonight. A southeast wind is expected to blow 5 to 14 miles per hour and gust up to 18. Wind will shift to the south tonight, and blow form 6 to 13 miles per hour.
 
In Ukiah, expect rain a high of 59, dropping to 47 tonight. A south southeast wind of 5 to 10 miles per hour will increase to 11 to 16 miles per hour this afternoon and continue to blow into the night, with gusts up to 21 miles per hour.
