The southbound lane of Hwy 1 near Leggett is blocked due to a slide, reported at 7:18am.
All else is clear at the moment, though heavy rain tomorrow could cause the Navarro River to flood 128. Keep an eye on the 175 at Hopland, too. If you’re feeling extra cautious, you can pick up sandbags at your local fire station. According to the sheriff’s Facebook page, sandbags are available at Friedman’s Home Improvement and the fire stations in Fort Bragg, Laytonville/Long Valley, Brooktrails, Redwood Valley-Calpella, Potter Valley, and Hopland. Snow could fall as low as 3,000 feet this weekend.
