UPDATE 4/23/26 — Philip Cardman has been located as of Wednesday, according to the Fort Bragg Police Department.

FORT BRAGG, CA., 4/22/26 — Fort Bragg police are asking for the public’s help in finding a 78-year-old man who was last seen Tuesday evening.

Philip Cardman was last seen near Snug Harbor Drive around 7 p.m. and was believed to be wearing blue jeans, a button-up shirt and a beige jacket, according to police.

Cardman may be on foot and walking with a cane. Fort Bragg police said anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call (707) 964-0200.
