UKIAH, CA., 5/20/25 – A Ukiah man was found guilty of the sexual abuse of a child for two years, the Mendocino County District Attorney’s Office said Monday.

The man, 49-year-old Henry Robert Frahm Rinne, sexually abused a child between June 2016 and August 2018. The victim was between eight and ten years old at the time.

Now 17, the victim was active in the investigation and trial, the District Attorney’s Office said.

The investigation was launched because a good Samaritan witness from another county reported that they witnessed the child being abused in 2018. They traveled to Ukiah to testify in the week-long trial.

According to the District Attorney’s Office, Frahm Rinne will return to court for aggravating factors on June 5. His sentencing will occur at a later date.

  1. Somebody needs to do a BOBBIT on him..I hate people who sexually abuse children. It does such horrible damage to a child that they will suffer thru the rest of their lives.
