UPDATE 8:45 p.m. — The fire is now under control.
MENDOCINO CO., 5/31/19 — Firefighters are responding to a structure fire on N. Harbor Drive in Fort Bragg, which is in Noyo Harbor. The fire is currently threatening other structures, but both Fort Bragg Fire and Cal Fire are responding, according to scanner reports. The fire appears to be in a mobile home, which is fully involved, and is threatening nearby structures.
There is currently traffic backing up on the Noyo bridge as people are trying to watch the fire, and Fort Bragg Police are on their way to manage the scene. Please avoid the area unless necessary to allow emergency responders to access the scene.
What is the cause of this fire to the mobile home? Is everyone ok? There was no mention in loss of life, is that correct? Is there a way to help the people that lived there?
As far as we know there were no injuries reported, but no information about the cause has been released yet.
