UKIAH, CA., 3/17/26 — This week’s Featured Pet is Dallas, available for adoption through the Ukiah Animal Shelter.
Howdy, folks, Dallas here! I may not be a cowboy, but I sure know how to lasso hearts. I’m a big (75 pounds!), lovable mix of who-knows-what (the best kind, if you ask me), somewhere around middle age—old enough to know better, young enough to do it anyway. I’m a people-loving, treat-motivated, tail-wagging kind of guy. My motto? If you’ve got snacks, I’ve got tricks! I never met a squeaky toy I didn’t like, and my favorite pastime is making humans laugh with my goofy antics and “did-he-really-just-do-that?” expressions. I seem to get along with other dogs. I’m all about making friends, and I’d love a home where I can join the family for all the fun stuff: walks, couch snuggles, and maybe a little taste-testing in the kitchen (strictly for quality control, of course). If you’re looking for a big-hearted, silly, and endlessly loyal companion, come meet me! I promise to fill your days with smiles, slobbery kisses, and a little bit of Texas-sized charm.
