MENDOCINO CO., 2/16/26 – Farm-to-school partnerships will take center stage at this year’s Farmers’ Convergence, a three-day gathering of growers and food system advocates taking place this weekend at the UC Hopland Research & Extension Center.

Programming begins Friday with a free bus tour highlighting farm-to-school initiatives across Mendocino County, including projects funded by the California Department of Food and Agriculture’s Farm to School Program.

Saturday’s program will include workshops on connecting producers with schools and other institutional buyers, along with sessions on soil science, livestock management, crop planning and rural economic development.
