MENDOCINO CO., 1/27/26 – The annual Sparkling Wine & Oyster Celebration returns to Hopland on Saturday, Jan. 31, pairing regional bubbles, fresh oysters and small bites for an afternoon tasting event.

Hosted by the nonprofit marketing group Destination Hopland, the celebration runs from 1 to 4 p.m. at Campovida winery, with pours from Mendocino and Sonoma county producers including Scharffenberger Cellars, Frey Vineyards and Brutocao Family Vineyards, among others.

Non-alcoholic sparkling wine and other alcohol alternatives will also be available.

Oysters will be served fresh and grilled by Little Dory Seafood, Golden Pig and Boonville Distillery. OSHA Thai will also be on hand serving Thai food bites.

Organizers say the event offers a relaxed chance to sample sparkling wines, slurp oysters and enjoy Campovida’s historic barn and grounds during the heart of winter.
