UKIAH, CA., 12/2/25 – Licensed clinical social worker Sarah Leviloff is joining Hillside Health Center in Ukiah, the Mendocino Community Health Clinic announced Tuesday.
According to the clinic, Leviloff grew up in the Central Valley. She knew in high school that she wanted to have a career helping others. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Humboldt State University and her master’s degree from the University of Southern California, both in social work.
Prior to joining MCHC, Leviloff worked at Redwood Community Services, providing trauma-informed care to patients, including foster youth and teenagers.
Leviloff describes her style of care as holistic and patient-focused.
“I try to bring warmth and positive energy to my work. I try to normalize that it can be hard to be vulnerable,” she said. “Having someone to talk to who isn’t your family and isn’t your friend might give you a different perspective. It can help support people in the hard times and in the good times.”
When she’s not working, Leviloff enjoys the outdoors, yoga, meditation and spending time with her family, the clinic said.
In addition to serving patients in Ukiah, she will also work at Lakeview Health Center in Lakeport. Visit https://mchcinc.org/ for more information.

As a long-time clinical social worker who lived in Mendocino County for many years and interacted with professionals from other agencies, I am delighted that someone is actually highlighting bringing a social worker on board. We are usually not seen as the way new doctors are seen when they come to an organization. I wish her well.
