A colorful holiday event flyer featuring a cartoon Santa Claus surfing on a red surfboard with the text “FREE ENTRY” on it. The flyer reads “Harwood Memorial Park Presents the Annual Laytonville Holiday Craft Bazaar.” Surrounding Santa are ornaments that say “Pictures with Santa Claus!” and “See’s Candies.” Additional text promotes “Over 50 Local Unique Arts & Crafts Vendors!” The event is scheduled for Sunday, December 7th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Laytonville Tin Gym, with an address of 200 Branscomb Road and a phone number for more information. The border is decorated with holly graphics.

MENDOCINO CO., 12/5/25 — Over 50 vendors will be showing and selling their handmade crafts Sunday at Laytonville’s Holiday Craft Bazaar.

The event only runs one day, but it has been a tradition in Laytonville for decades. It features area artists of all sorts—ceramics, photography, woodworkers, bakers, seamstresses and many more—offering reasonably priced items that you will find nowhere else.

Santa will be on hand, as will lots of kids and bargain hunters. The event used to be at Harwood Hall but moved recently to what is fondly known in town as the “tin gym,” the gym at the old high school at 200 Branscomb Road. Parking is easy across the street and along Branscomb. The event runs Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Come early for the best selection!
