MENDOCINO Co., 12/5/16 — The week is off to a slow start with road work. One of two lanes of the 101 at the CalFire station in Leggett is still closed due to emergency work, still due to be finished on January 31, 2017.
Likewise, one of two lanes on the 101 north of Cloverdale, from 1.5 miles north of Comminsky Station Road to north of Frog Woman Rock, is closed due to miscellaneous work expected to be done December 31. AT&T received a permit for utility repairs On Highway 101 just north of Feliz Bridge at mile marker 10.9. There should be 5-minute traffic delays from 8am to 5pm. At mile marker 5 on Highway 101, bridge deck repairs at the Korean War veterans Memorial Bridge are expected to continue, with traffic restricted to one lane in both directions, 7am to 11pm weekdays.
